Plain Weave Wire Mesh

  • Plain weave wire mesh is made of interwoven metal wires. It is machine-made and has a square grid structure. Different opening sizes are achieved by changing the wire diameter and mesh count. It has excellent strength and filtration performance.

Plain Weave Wire Mesh Details

  • Mesh count (number of wires per inch) ranges from 1×1 to 635×635 mesh. Lateral and longitudinal mesh counts are the same. Aperture ranges from 20mm to 3 microns. This covers virtually 90% of the filtration industry’s needs.
  • Materials: Commonly used materials include low-carbon steel, stainless steel, high-carbon steel, aluminum alloy, and copper. We also offer plain-weave mesh made from special materials such as titanium alloy, Monel alloy, manganese steel, and nickel.
  • Applications: Mineral and stone screening, decoration, sewage treatment, filter screens, plastic granulation, biopharmaceutical, petrochemical and other industries. It is widely used in various industries.
  • Standard widths are 1m, 1.22m, and 1.3m. Length is 30m per roll. For customization, please contact us with specific requirements. We support secondary processing into round and square sheets.
